Make a reference between a note we make, and what was highlighted when we made the note.
When you create a note at the moment, it just pops up at the bottom of the verse (if you made a note in the scriptures at least). But, if you make two notes for the same verse, but for different parts of the verse, there is no way to follow which note went to what part of the verse. I would suggest that when you highlight something to make a note of it, both the highlighted section, and the corresponding note will be marked with a 1, or an a, or something like that. That way, you can highlight multiple parts of a verse, or multiple verses, and then be able to follow which part of which verses goes with which note. And then when yoo hover over a note, the verses, or part of the verse that that note goes with will become highlighted or something. Basically just being able to create custom references would be nice.
This is available a couple of different ways. If you are reading the verse you see the underlining with the note by displaying your notes inline. Also, you can see it on the Notes screen where what is highlighted is showing above the note.

In notes view, the Android app shows the highlight or underline on top of the text. I think this would be useful in Windows, too, in order to see which part of the verse was marked.
