Initial groundwork for offline media is now in Gospel Library for Windows 10 Beta. You can download media, though the experience is subpar and incomplete at this time. We’ll be working to complete and polish the feature as development continues.

Running Beta installed today. I go to Come Follow Me for Sunday school, load a lesson. See videos but no way to download for offline use like the android version has. I see no way to download the videos in the Windows 10 App t all. Heck, downloading videos doesn't work with Chrome on lds.org, have to use IE now too, but that is a different issue.
I should mention that I am on Windows 10 1703 the creators build from a couple months ago. In the media ribbon I don't see a download link icon at all. In fact the ribbon doesn't control the media on this lesson at all. The media has the play / pause / full screen options, the media ribbon at the top doesn't associate with the media being played.
