Fix behavior when jumping between tabs
This has happened to me across multiple versions of the Windows Gospel Library app, so I don't think it's just a temporary bug, but a persistent behavior. When I am looking at content in one tab (whether a specific verse in a chapter, or a paragraph in a talk), and then click on a different tab, the first tab seems to temporarily lose it's place before it remembers where it was. When I click back to the original tab (not hitting the back button, but going back to a tab I left open), the content starts at the top of the chapter or talk, and then after 0.5-1.0 seconds, it will remember its place and go back to where I was. It happens consistently.
I know it doesn't sound like a long delay, but when you are the user, it feels like a very long time and it can disrupt the flow of my study. And, every once in a while (pretty rare), it will forget entirely where it was, and I'll just have to go find that spot again by scrolling down.
