Please remove the control dial and implement static controls, similar to that of the android version
The dial control that you have implemented it's a neat gimmick, but it it's not user friendly, it is clunky and difficult to use, requiring to much effort to maneuver through the options.
Having static buttons makes the controls easily accessible and allows for faster and more efficient use of the controls.
Requiring the press and hold option is also a difficult feature because there is no option for some kind of acknowledgement when you have pressed long enough, as nothing changes until after you've released which tends to mean I have to hold for too long because I frequently don't hold long enough.
This feature is now available in Gospel Library for Windows 10, version 4.0.0.0 (and above).

I have to admit, implementing a menu similar to the highlight menu used in Microsoft Office was a good way to make it more universal.

I liked the radial menu tool because it was similar to the windows 8 OneNote app. Then in windows 10 Microsoft got rid of the radial menu. I can see why it would be confusing. It would be best to design the pen marking tool similar to the drawing options in the Windows 10 OneNote app so it feel familiar to users.

I also like the radial dial,a good unique feature. I noticed that when you release to activate it, the paragraph selected is outlined. Perhaps make it outlined as soon as it's ready? Also, instead of simply getting rid of it, perhaps make it an option?

I actually like the radial dial. Although it could be improved. Not that a different method won't be just as good.

I actually like the rotary tool, however, I agree that the uncertainty of how long to press is confusing. I moved to Windows because I wanted something different than Android. Please don't make this identical to Android. I already miss the photo background on the main menu.
