please create an option to repprt bugs and issues directly within the program so we have to go out and type an email.
This feature would automatically generate an email including the phone model and version of os, the version of the program, take a screenshot of necessary, and allow us to quickly type a note to describe what happened. if possible it should also automatically document the last action taken so the oriented can see what caused the bug. It should be easily accessible so that we can report the bug and quickly get back to or studies.

add verse to verse linking across languages.
Sometimes I am reading in one language and would like to seamlessly switch to the other instead of trying to find the verse all over again.
2 votesThis feature is now available in Gospel Library for Windows 10, version 4.0.0.0 (and above). When you switch languages, the app will attempt to flip to the same content in the new language.

Highlight text selected when note is made like for iOS
When scripture passage is selected and a note made, the selected scripture passage is not highlighted. I second selection is required to highlight the text. A one step process of making a note and highlighting would be appreciated.

Place tabs across the top
It would be nice to be able to have open tabs showing across the top of the app, similar to a web browser, for quick switching. (Possibly as optional feature, since smaller devices would get clustered quickly)

Make a reference between a note we make, and what was highlighted when we made the note.
When you create a note at the moment, it just pops up at the bottom of the verse (if you made a note in the scriptures at least). But, if you make two notes for the same verse, but for different parts of the verse, there is no way to follow which note went to what part of the verse. I would suggest that when you highlight something to make a note of it, both the highlighted section, and the corresponding note will be marked with a 1, or an a, or something like that. That way, you can highlight…
27 votesThis is available a couple of different ways. If you are reading the verse you see the underlining with the note by displaying your notes inline. Also, you can see it on the Notes screen where what is highlighted is showing above the note.

Allow Bookmarks for Video Playback at Specific Intervals
Allow video bookmarks so you can start playing the video at specific places within the video. This would allow you to show the lesson material and then begin playing the video at the exact spots you would like as you progress throughout the lesson. (i.e.): I could have 3 video bookmarks set to play the video at different interval frame times.
11 votesPutting bookmarks in a downloaded video is available with many video editing programs. We have implemented the ability to download all videos to the location of the users choice so they can edit, bookmark, and etc. using their favorite video editing tools.

Add support for linking to Gospel Library content from outside the app
With a custom URL protocol this is possible in Windows. Then I could create links to specific content for use in emails or OneNote pages. Anyone with the Gospel Library installed would be able to use the links.
1 voteThis feature already exists in Gospel Library. The easiest way to use this is to copy and paste into any application which support rich text package, such as One Note, or Word, etc.

Support mouse back and forward buttons
Lots of Universal Windows apps support the back and forward mouse buttons for navigation (like in the Store). It would work great and would be helpful for mouse users.

Bookmark Groups
It would be great if I could group or categorize my bookmarks. I could have a group of bookmarks for the lesson I'm working on and a separate group for scriptures I've memorized, etc. It would make it easier to look for the bookmark I want in a long list.

Highlighting/underlining option
It would be great if the radial wheel had an option to have two (or even more) active highlighting/underlining options so that we wouldn't have to take an extra 2 steps to switch between colors or from highlighting to underlining. The wheel seems to have plenty of space for such an option.

Most Used Languages at Top of Language Menu
I serve in a foreign language branch of the church. I am constantly switching between languages and it would be great to have the last two to four languages used right at the top

In addition to Highlighting/Underlining, I need a colored bar to the side of the text (less distracting while projecting the app in class)
When I teach I project the App on a screen during class so that the students can follow along easier. The highlighting and underlining is distracting and hard to read for the audience. I need something that will keep the text cleaner. I suggest a colored bar or just a line to the left of the text.

Could add thumbnails to the videos.
the thumbnails don't have to be high resolution. But i think it would be more comforatable to look at the list of videos if there were thumbnails. especially for larger screens.

Sort by Color Option in Annotations Pane
Many people use colours as a personal category system (e.g. words spoken by the Saviour are in red, missionary scriptures are green, personal scriptures are in Blue, etc.)
On the annotation page, if it was possible to filter annotations based on the colour of highlight / underline used, it could help people using this marking method to locate their personally selected scriptures.
30 votesThe feature to search notes and highlights by color is now completed and available in both beta and production. This should serve the need to be able to see just the notes or highlights identified by color.
Just click on the new full screen annotations icon that looks like a pencil writing on paper. Then you can filter to the color you want two ways. Either by clicking on the color shown on the left side or by typing the color you want in the search bar in the middle at the top of the page.
