While if it were in our power, we’d love to make this possible, we develop the application, not the content, and this feature would require content-level support. The content is handled by an entirely different group of people. They provide the content for the apps, we can only make available what they make available.

Copyright restrictions unfortunately make this an impossibility.

Add print function. I would like to print our sections of lessons for handout in classes I teach. There is no print feature & no ctr P.
Need to print out sections of lessons to hand out in class. Where is the print function? Also, ctrl P does not give me a print function.
I print function is available and I am not seeing it, please tell me where to find the print function.

Post scriptures to start
You can already pin websites or other App data to start. Why not scripture references, notes and everything else?
1 voteFeature already exists. “Pin” your favorite scriptures or bookmarks to your start screen.

Piano Accompaniment
Offer the hymns with just a piano accompaniment. I suppose this would be a great amount of work, but I would think there are others out there that can't attend church because of the noise. I have seizures. The high pitch of sounds like the violin, soprano, etc, is a trigger. But I do so love the hymns. I cannot find anywhere the basic, complete hymns, just so I can pick one or two out on a Sabbath Day and use those for my worship at home.
1 voteAll content, including available audio, is generated and controlled by the Church’s internal content team. We have no control over this as volunteer developers. Any change here will have to come from the Church’s content team, not us.
If, in the future, the new audio becomes available, the app will support it. Indeed, the upcoming Windows 10 app (version 4) already supports multiple audio streams for a planned audio feature from the content team that would grant users both a male and a female voice to read the scriptures.

Readjust Highlights
It would be nice to be able to take an existing highlight and expand it to include more verses/paragraphs. Right now all I can do is delete the current highlight and then create a new one that includes everything.

Provide instructions on how to link scriptures, write in notebook, tag things.
Instruct how to link, tag, use notebook. Some of the features in the ipad version. I like the notes right in the scriptures instead of on the side.
1 voteCompleted features have how to guides already available in the help guide.

Update Sunday School lessons
The lessons are not getting updated as the lessons online are updated with newer talks, etc.

Put the Notes in Library
I like in the Android version you can access the notes from the library. How come on the windows version you can't. I use the notes a lot write answers to the questions from the study guided. It would be nice to be able to add new notes just as easy on the Windows version as the Android.

Review your declined decision
I really think you should reopen the idea: "In additional to the global search function, provide a local search function which highlights the phrase of interest in the current chapter." Then I could vote for it :)
3 votesNot a feature suggestion.
Declined suggestion already exists in the application, in a rough but functional form in version 2.x and in a highly polished form in version 4.×. No further development is planned for version 2.x at this time.

allow images to be available when off line.
When devise is not connected to the internet I have gaps of nothing where icons or images once where. it would be nice if at least the icon images remain when my device is not connected to the internet. It would also be useful if I could choose to retain pictures on my device.
1 voteRequires control at a content level that we do not possess. However, it appears the content team may be moving in this direction in its new content, coming later this year.

Search my own notes and notebooks
I'd love to be able to find something I've written previously, either in a note or in a notebook.

Allow handwritten notes in the scriptures. Much like using a pen on my paper scriptures
This would be great for devices that allow writing on documents
1 voteYour feature request is directly addressed in the FAQ:
2. My device has a pen. Why can’t I just draw on the screen?
This is a really cool feature idea, but, at least at present, it doesn’t appear to be feasible to implement because of the way text reflows in the application. Doing something as simple as adjusting font size or changing the snap or window size for Gospel Library would cause notes created by a pen to become distorted or out of place. We are, however, working on ideas that will still make the pen a valuable tool for study. -
Update the software for windows based operating systems to pull up the topics and highlights saved under note books.
When using the Gospel Library on windows based operating system, it doesn't allow the user to pull up highlights saved to a specific note book like the on-line or mobile app allows.

provide a means to Bookmark the Book of Mormon Pronunciation Guide in the Gospel Library
Provide a means to Book Mark the Pronunciation Guide for the Book of Mormon in the Gospel Library.
1 voteAs app developers, we don’t have any control over this. The content has to support the annotations being added.
The content team (a separate team working inside the Church) is working on major changes to the content that should make this a possibility in the future. The size of this change likely means it will take some time before we see it inside the apps.

Fix repeat notes in the desktop version of the app
Currently I make notes/tags on mobile devices or online and when it is brought into the desktop version the note/tag is repeated over and over 3x to 12x+. Makes it very difficult to use the desktop version of the app.
3 votesReport bugs using the user support email listed in the app’s settings page and help guide. You can also reach out on the LDS Tech forums, also listed in the same location.
