please have ALL hymns available. get the licences if necessary. what good is a Hymn book if favorites are in unavailable because of licence issues
2 votesWhile if it were in our power, we’d love to make this possible, we develop the application, not the content, and this feature would require content-level support. The content is handled by an entirely different group of people. They provide the content for the apps, with help from the Church’s legal department. We can only make available what they make available.

Offset Text action vuttons
The ellipse and copy buttons appear on top of each other when selecting just one word. One of the buttons should be offset so they do not stack on top of each other.
2 votesDuplicate, not a feature request. Limitations in the APIs on Windows Phone make this impossible to fix without completely rewriting the controls, which has been done for the upcoming V4 UWP version of the app.

progress bar on the right is always visible, not just visible when scrolling
That little bar along the right side that shows your overall position in a chapter has been made so small and so faint, that it is barely noticeable. Yet it disappears unless you are actively scrolling. So to see it you have to be actively scrolling the text as it disappears the moment you stop scrolling. If i use my right thumb to scroll, i block the view of it if i am near the end of the chapter. Can we adjust it to stay on constantly so we don't have to move the text to see where we are…

Limit overall votes per idea but not for all ideas combined
Your best suggestions and voting activity are going to come from a rather small population of your users. Most of these users are responsible people who provide thoughtful feedback. We can certainly understand limiting the number of votes for any single idea to prevent unrepresentative votes.
One the other hand, we do not understand the policy of limiting a user from voting for as many separate suggestions as they may feel are meaningful. Likewise, there doesn’t seem to be a reason for limiting the number of enhancement requests made by a responsible single user who is submitting useful ideas. Your…

This will make the notes I have on my phone available to my computer when I do my studies.

I think it would be nice if when I am listening to conference talks it continues to the next talk like it does on the Kindle version.
1 voteClosing this particular version of this suggestion. As noted in the other suggestion like it entitled, “add a play all button”, this feature is in progress.
The “Keep Playing” feature is being worked on as we speak, and is available in the beta version of the app on Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets. It is available on both release and beta versions for the phone, though it is not without its bugs.

higher res bible maps
Provide map that have a higher resolution. Since the maps are so small and need to be zoomed in to see detail, it would be nice if the maps weren't so pixelated.

Gospel Library is used everyday and especially on Sundays at Church. A very important tool.
I would like to use a user friendly setup as with a smart phone. You can play on as long as you care to. Make all of the literary books and scriptures applicable to this service

Footnotes
In the IOS app, the footnote pullup will move to the verse that you are on. It will also add any links, tags, or notes to the footnotes and not as a big box within the verses. It would be nice for the Windows app to work like the IOS app in that regard.

Behavior specific to Windows, the annotations boxes, is working as intended to allow for more immersive study.

Lesson Video Downloads
I teach a Deacon's quorum. It would help greatly if I could download the lesson videos to my Surface Pro 3 right from Gospel Library just like I can in my old Android tablet.

What is stated as the The gospel and the productive life student manual is actually the teachers manual, it would be nice if the student manual could replace the teachers manual.

Add a search box to the Bookmarks pane
I'm not sure how many users would use this regularly, but it could be convenient to have a search box at the top of the Bookmarks pane. It could just filter the list of bookmarks in-place.

Please add "True to the Faith: A Gospel Reference" to the Young Adults library.
The Handbook says Young Single Adult leaders are to: "... ensure that each young single adult has a copy of True to the Faith: A Gospel Reference." Would you please add it to the Young Adults library to make it easier for them to access?

What a jarring experience it is when scrolling, when I scroll the text size changes changes back. Please keep the size consistent.

I would like to write on the lesson pages.
As I prepare my lesson on my tablet I would like to make notes on the page so they are there when I am teaching. This way everything is in one place and make for smooth lesson flow.

2. My device has a pen. Why can’t I just draw on the screen?
This is a really cool feature idea, but, at least at present, it doesn’t appear to be feasible to implement because of the way text reflows in the application. Doing something as simple as adjusting font size or changing the snap or window size for Gospel Library would cause notes created by a pen to become distorted or out of place. We are, however, working on ideas that will still make the pen a valuable tool for study.
